ClubsNSW in collaboration with Barringtons provides the Future Club Leaders Program, aimed at those individuals who aspire to a strategic role within professional club services and who have proven management experience.
This program provides a unique opportunity for experienced professional club staff to deepen their knowledge, understanding and ability in the area of club leadership. The Future Leaders Program assists participants to take a more visionary, strategic, and relational approach to build world class leadership capabilities within their field.
Established in 1991, Barringtons started out as the risk management and investigation company for the hospitality industry. Whilst they are still true to their investigatory foundations, Barringtons has subsequently become market leaders in training, human resources, risk management, security, IT development and personnel vetting.
Barringtons’ services, whilst diverse, are perfectly complementary. For almost 20 years, organisations from the finance, hospitality, mining, building and retail sectors (among others) have utilised a range of products from their suite with great confidence.
Barrington Training Services has operated as a registered training organisation since 2001. They are accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) to deliver Nationally Recognised Training to both the employed and those seeking employment.
Barringtons offers a variety of face to face and online training courses, from first aid and workplace bullying short courses to Nationally Accredited Certificate III, IV and Diplomas in Frontline Management and Hospitality, to name a few.
