Parkinson's Unity Walk and Fun Run

ClubsNSW and KENO are proud to be event sponsors of the 5th Annual Parkinson’s NSW Unity Walk and Fun Run which will be held on Sunday, 26 August, 2012 at Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush.

The walk and run supports the 80,000 Australians living with Parkinson’s disease and the 25 new cases diagnosed each day, making Parkinson’s the second most common neurological disorder in Australia.

The Unity Walk and Fun Run was a great day out for all the family, suitable for children and adults of all ages and ability.  Proceeds from the event went towards vital research into the disease and to support people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers.

There are 63 Parkinson's support groups throughout metropolitan and regional NSW.  ClubsNSW encourages you to get involved with your local support group and take part in the NSW Unity Walk and Fun Run. Please click here to find your local support group.
