2011 National Chef's Table

The ClubsAustralia National Chef’s Table is an exciting initiative that was developed after many successful years of state run competitions for culinary teams working within clubs.

Now in its third year this annual competition provides an opportunity for the club industry to celebrate its performance on a national level.

With competing States including the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, this competition provides an ideal opportunity for club members and the general public across Australia to recognise clubs as true dining destinations. It also aims to develop the skills and knowledge of chefs and apprentices working within the club industry.

2010 Finalists

Finalist teams are made up of the winning team from their state-run culinary competition for 2010.

The Final Events for National Chef’s Table will take place on-site at each of the finalist clubs listed above over the coming few months.

Teams will compete for one or more of the following awards; Gold and Silver awards for first and second place winners; an award for the Overall Best Food and Wine Match and one new award will also be presented for the Best Table Setup and Dining Room Service.

Winners will be announced at the ClubsVIC Achievement Awards Dinner, being held on Sunday, 14 November 2010 in Melbourne.
