ClubsAustralia is the federated organisation of club associations in every State and Territory of Australia as well as New Zealand. Approximately 4,000 clubs and 65,000 employees come under our umbrella.
ClubsAustralia’s principle policy concerns include matters under the responsibility of the Federal Government such as taxation, workplace relations, money laundering, gambling and alcohol. Club activities that have a national impact are managed by ClubsAustralia.
This includes a national competition for club chefs called National Chef's Table
We hold annual and half-yearly meetings to discuss issues of importance and share ideas for advancing the interests of clubs. Teleconferences are held monthly to resolve issues as they arise. National Club News, a publication of ClubsAustralia, is issued approximately each quarter.
The President of ClubsAustralia is Peter Newell OAM.
