2012 Chef's Table
The culinary competition, Chef’s Table, was created by ClubsNSW to award and recognise the many talented and creative chefs and cooks within clubs in New South Wales.
The Competition also provides a unique opportunity to challenge your kitchen team and showcase your club’s dining venues. Now into its eighth year, the competition attracts a strong media response and has been used successfully by past finalists and winners as an innovative marketing tool to drive increased restaurant patronage and sales.

ClubsNSW would like to thank and congratulate all 2012 Chef’s Table entrants. The time and effort put into the preparation of the entries was outstanding and highly commended by our judging team. It indeed clearly displays the talented chefs and cooks we have in our clubs today. The Final Events for Chef’s Table will take place on-site at each of the finalist clubs listed above between Monday 12 March and Thursday 5 April 2012.
The Chef’s Table winners will be announced at the ClubsNSW Awards for Excellence presentation and dinner on Friday, 1 June 2012. Tickets for the Awards will be on sale from April 2012.
