Chef's Table

Chef's Table was created by ClubsNSW to recognise the many talented chefs, cooks and apprentices in clubs across New South Wales. Now in its ninth year, the competition provides clubs with the opportunity to challenge their culinary teams, develop their skills and knowledge, provide state-wide recognition of exceptional cookery abilities, and showcase club dining venues, by providing a benchmark for best practice within the club industry.

The competition is open to teams of two chefs (of any level) to create the most innovative and appealing three-course menu utilising the key ingredient of Pork, combined with impeccable kitchen procedures.

2013 ClubsNSW Chef's Table Competition

We are pleased to announce that for 2013 a new format will be taking place. Chef's Table will now incorporate its own Awards Evening and a Masterclass tailored specifically for club chefs and food & beverage professionals.
