
Clubs Australia National Chef's Table
The Clubs Australia National Chef’s Table is an exciting initiative that was developed after many successful years of state run competitions for culinary teams working within clubs.
Now in its fourth year this annual competition provides an opportunity for the club industry to celebrate its performance on a national level.
With competing States including the New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory, this competition provides an ideal opportunity for club members and the general public across Australia to recognise clubs as true dining destinations. It also aims to develop the skills and knowledge of chefs and apprentices working within the club industry.
The winners of the 2011 competition were announced at the ClubsNSW Conference Dinner on Monday, 10 October and are as follows:
