CLUBS FIGHT 131 PER CENT INCREASE IN PAY TV FEES
ClubsNSW has today written to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) following a decision by regional pay television channel Austar to increase fees for registered clubs by up to 131% or $17,000 a year.

GOVERNMENT REJECTS $1 BILLION TAX OFFER FROM CLUBS
NSW registered clubs have been left with no choice but to escalate their campaign for a fair rate of poker machine tax following a Government decision to reject an offer from ClubsNSW that would have seen clubs pay an extra $1.01 billion in tax.
