ClubsAustralia is proud to present ClubMUSIC, a background music product specifically designed for clubs.

ClubMUSIC was created to make background music more affordable for clubs after the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) increased licence fees for club restaurants. ClubMUSIC is not just about sourcing cheaper music - the music available is great quality and will enhance the club going experience for visitors to your club.

ClubMUSIC is certified to be PPCA-free. You will not need to pay PPCA a cent to play it.*

Clubs will have access to some of the latest chart hits from well-known international and Australian artists, old favourites and new artists, in four affordable packages.

Clubs have helped nurture some of Australia’s best live musical talent. Through the ClubMUSIC program, we hope to develop opportunities for your club to host live performances from Australian artists and even sell their recordings to your members.

Pricing Options

 

Option     

1:      

 A pack of 5 audio CDs for $125;     
Option

2:

A 400 track music library and updates (monthly or quarterly) where the club receives an on premise commercial music management system for $100 per month;
Option

3:

A 400 track music library and updates (monthly or quarterly) where the club receives an online commercial music management system for $110 per month.                                                 

Please note there is an annual ClubMUSIC public performance fee which is based on the size of your club's eating area:

  • Up to 150sqm = $120
  • 150-300sqm =  $240
  • Over 300sqm = $360

Your public performance fee will be collected and paid directly to the rights-holders of the music.

Which ClubMUSIC option is right for your club?

  • If your club is currently playing background music via CDs then Option 1 is recommended.
  • If your club uses iTunes or another similar internet application then Option 1 or Option 3 would suit.
  • If your club uses an MP3 player plugged into speakers then Option 3 is recommended.
  • If your club currently uses radio/satellite/streaming technology then Option 3 or Option 4 are recommended.
  • If your club uses an existing service provider’s equipment then Option 3 or Option 4 are recommended, if you are looking for an alternative.
