Complaint Handling

The scope of the Code enforcement procedures is limited to alleged breaches of the Code.  It does not include resolution of complaints by individuals or organisations against Member Clubs which do not involve an alleged breach of the Club Code and would normally be dealt with by the Member’s internal complaints handling process.

The Code Administrator will hear and prepare a report for the Code Authority on complaints against Members involving alleged breaches of the Code.  Any Code-related complaints will be investigated with the full co-operation of Members.
