NSW Government To Further Ease Restrictions On Clubs
The NSW Government has announced that from Wednesday 1 July 2020, specified venues, including clubs, will have a capacity limit of 1 person per 4 square metres (the 4 square metre rule).
The NSW Government’s announcement means that from 1 July 2020, the capacity of clubs will no longer be governed by restrictions of 50 persons per food or drink area.
ClubsNSW will distribute a circular once these matters are determined. The NSW Government’s media release on the announcement can be found here.
More information can be found in Circular 20-090.
