2019 AUSTRAC Compliance Reports due 30 June 2020
Member clubs are advised that clubs with 16 or more gaming machines are required to submit a compliance report annually to AUSTRAC, by 31 March for the previous year. In response to COVID-19, AUSTRAC extended the reporting deadline until 30 June 2020 without risk of compliance action against the club.
If you have not already completed your compliance report for 2019, ensure you log into your AUSTRAC Online account and submit the report by 30 June 2020. If you are part of a group of clubs, only one report needs to be submitted. For more information on the 2019 Compliance Report, visit the AUSTRAC website.
If you have issues logging in, or need clarification on any part of the report, contact AUSTRAC directly on 1300 021 037.
If you identify any particular AML/CTF compliance concerns relating to your club, contact our Member Enquiries Centre on 1300 730 001.
For more information or any questions, please contact the ClubsNSW Members Enquiries Centre.
