As set out in Circular 20-123, member clubs are advised that the NSW Minister for Health has introduced new restrictions which apply to clubs from today (24 July 2020). These restrictions were contained in the latest changes to the applicable Public Health Order (the Amendment Order).
ClubsNSW appreciates that these restrictions commenced with extremely short notice, which has imposed significant practical challenges on clubs to comply.

Member clubs are advised of the new requirements – including limitations on venue capacity – which will apply to clubs and other hospitality venues from today (Friday 24 July 2020).
The limitations on capacity diverge from the position announced by the NSW Government last Friday 17 July 2020.
The new requirements are contained in a legislative instrument which was published on the NSW Government Gazette website late last night (23 July 2020) and, as such, ClubsNSW is urgently seeking clarification on certain provisions. More information can be found in Circular 20-123.
