Member clubs are advised that there is a Bill before Parliament that will extend the JobKeeper subsidies to eligible businesses. As well as this, it will extend the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) JobKeeper Enabling Directions provisions to businesses that will no longer be eligible for JobKeeper subsidies after 28 September 2020, but have a decline in turnover of at least 10%.
