Further to Circular 20-075 (Further Information on Easing of Restrictions on Clubs), NSW Health’s Checklist has been updated, and it can be found here. Importantly, clubs are not required to register their venue and patron capacity details with Service NSW. However, this information is still desired by government.
ClubsNSW is seeking further clarification on certain requirements in the updated Checklist. As some requirements will not be clarified until parliamentary drafting is completed in the coming days, member clubs are advised to take a conservative approach where appropriate. Clubs are strongly encouraged to invite their local police and council representatives to inspect the club’s arrangements and confirm compliance.
