Member clubs are advised that restrictions introduced for the Christmas trading period for venues in the Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong areas have been extended until further notice.
The state-wide limitation on singing and a restriction on dancing has also been extended.
Clubs are encouraged to check to ensure they are using the most up-to-date COVID-19 Checklist.
Restrictions on Dancefloors
Clubs are reminded that the COVID-19 checklist explicitly states there should be no dancefloors, and in indoor areas patrons must remain seated if they are consuming alcohol.
Record Keepig requirements
In addition to ensuring patrons sign in with the Service NSW app, clubs are also required to keep a record of the name, contact number and entry time for all staff, and contractors for a period of at least 28 days using the NSW Government QR code system. This requirement is in addition to any recordkeeping obligations by contractors.
