ClubPASS is a new digital sign-in solution designed specifically for NSW clubs to help make the welcome experience as quick and easy as possible. 

ClubPASS is 100% FREE to download and use.

The ClubPASS app can be downloaded from either the Google play store or Apple app store directly, or alternatively simply use your camera to scan the sign in QR code at any ClubPASS club, and you will be automatically taken to the correct download for your phone.  

ClubPASS uses the latest in QR technology to sign you into the club you are visiting. Simply scan and the app will do the rest.  

ClubPASS has included a button in the app that will sign you into services NSW COVID-Safe check-in, at the same time you sign into the club. There is no need to scan the Services NSW QR code as well.  

ClubPASS can be used by all members, Guests of members and visitors to the club. There is no requirement to become a member to use ClubPASS.  

ClubPASS can be used without a phone. Simply visit the lobby staff and request a ClubPASS card. The Staff member will request some details and will provide you with a card that can be used at all ClubPASS clubs to sign in.  

All club lobby staff are trained in using ClubPASS, they are there to assist you in downloading and setting up your account if you need guidance.  

Once you sign up to ClubPASS you will have access to all participating ClubPASS Clubs.

It’s possible to add all your membership cards to ClubPASS. When you sign into a club your membership details in the app will be verified, and then you can enjoy instant access every visit thereafter.

In the first instance of any issues you encounter, follow the below steps: 

  1. Restart the app. 
  2. If this does not resolve the issue, turn your phone off and back on again. 
  3. If this does not resolve the issue, try deleting and redownloading the app. 

You can also ask the friendly staff at the front desk of your participating ClubPASS club to assist you.
