Get Started as a ClubPASS Administrator



ClubPASS is not only easy for patrons and front of house staff to use. Venue administrators can effortlessly manage their venue’s ClubPASS patrons and sign-in settings. 

ClubPASS administrators have access to 5 easy-to-navigate sections: 

  • Dashboard: find and download reports and statistics on how ClubPASS is being used at your venue and gain detailed insights on how patrons interact with your club. 

  • ClubPASS Members: see and search for any ClubPASS patron that has signed into your venue. Manage Patron Bans and Self-Exclusions.

  • Admin: add and edit your venue’s ClubPASS venue staff so that they can login and use ClubPASS. 

  • Venues: download your venue’s ClubPASS QR code entry posters, add a club entrance to your venue, update club details that appear within the ClubPASS app such as your opening hours, and set your club’s ID verification levels and membership radius. 

  • Sign-ins: see who is signing in to your venue, navigate between different entries, review any entry exceptions such as banned patrons, and see how many patrons have recently signed into your club.
