Entry Settings

As a ClubPASS administrator for your club, you can set the entry settings level for patrons entering your venue. This incudes identity verification and vaccination verification as well as the duration after which patrons will be automatically signed out from your venue.

Identity Verification:

  1. Go to the Venues tab in ClubPASS and select your venue.  

  2. Go to the ClubPASS sign-in section and click the Edit button.  

  3. Under the Identity Verification Level heading, select your club’s desired identity verification level. There are three levels to choose from: 

  • None: where no identity verification will be required. 

  • Moderate: where your club chooses to accept a one-time identity verification completed by a staff member at any ClubPASS venue. 

  • Strict: where your club only accepts a one-time identity verification completed by a staff member at your venue. 

4. Once you’ve chosen your club’s settings, click Save.  

ClubPASS patron verification does not guarantee identification of a patron. It is a requirement for clubs that photo ID is presented by patrons for review prior to entry. Photo ID verification is required even if a patron has been previously verified in the ClubPASS system. 

Vaccination Verification:

  1. Go to the Venues tab in ClubPASS and select your venue.  

  2. Go to the ClubPASS sign-in section and click the Edit button.  

  3. Under the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Verification heading, select your club’s desired identity verification level. There are three levels to choose from: 

  • None: where no identity verification will be required. 

  • Moderate: where your club chooses to accept a one-time identity verification completed by a staff member at any ClubPASS venue. 

  • Strict: where your club only accepts a one-time identity verification completed by a staff member at your venue. 

4. Once you’ve chosen your club’s settings, click Save.  

Automatic Sign-Out Duration:

  1. Go to the Venues tab within ClubPASS and select your venue.  

  2. Go to the ClubPASS sign-in section and click the Edit button.  

  3. Scroll down to General Settings and set the number of hours after which you would like your patron’s to be automatically signed out.  

  4. Once finished, click the Save button at the top of the page. 

The new settings will be automatically applied to anyone signing into your venue using ClubPASS. 

Stricter levels of vaccination verification or identity verification are more secure but will require more time from your staff.
