Update Venue Membership Settings



ClubPASS administrators have complete control over how their venue’s information appears within the ClubPASS app. This includes being able to update your venue’s membership settings within ClubPASS. 

This is important as patrons can find out more about becoming a member at your club and add their club membership card within the ClubPASS app. To make sure that ClubPASS users see the right information:

  1. Go to the Venues tab in ClubPASS and select your venue. 
  2. Click the Edit Venue button.
  3. Scroll down to the Membership Settings section. From here, you can:
    1. Update the hex colour of your membership card within ClubPASS. If no colour is entered, the default colour will be blue. 
    2. Add a website link where ClubPASS app users can find out more about membership at your venue.
    3. Change the call-to-action button text that drives people to your website link.
    4. List membership benefits that appear within the app encouraging users to become a member at your club. 
  4. When you have finished updating your club’s membership settings, just click Save.  

Your membership settings will now be updated in the ClubPASS app.
