Entry Exceptions – Banned Patron

If a banned patron attempts to sign-in using ClubPASS, ClubPASS will tell you that patron has been banned from your club.  To refuse entry click the patrons box. Here you will see the reason for their ban, as well as the ban’s expiry date.

Click on the Refuse Entry button, and log their sign-in attempt.
