Entry Exceptions – Membership Required



If a non-member attempts to sign in to your venue using ClubPASS but they live within the membership radius set by your venue’s ClubPASS administrator, then ClubPASS will tell you that the patron needs to become a member.  

To resolve this entry exception: 

  1. Click the Resolve button against the patron. You’ll see that membership is required. 

  2. Sign the patron up as a member in your club membership system. Make a note of their membership number and membership expiry date. 

  3. Once you’ve signed up the member, go to the patron details screen in ClubPASS and under Membership, click the Add button. 

  4. Enter their new membership details and click Save and Verify

  5. You’ll see that this entry exception has now been resolved. 

  6. If there are no more entry exceptions to resolve, click the Allow Entry button.
