Entry Exceptions – Membership Verification


If a member has added a new club membership card into the ClubPASS app, a club staff member will need to verify this membership when a patron signs in to your venue. 

To resolve this entry exception: 

  1. Click the Resolve button against the patron. 

  2. Under Membership, click the Check Membership button. 

  3. Confirm their membership details are correct by cross-checking against their physical club membership card or within your club’s membership system. Then click Save and Verify

  4. If there are no more entry exceptions to resolve, click the Allow Entry button.
