Get Started Using ClubPASS

This Slide Deck provides an overview of how you can get started using ClubPASS and manage patrons signing into your venue.

  1. Ensure your entry’s ClubPASS QR code poster is clearly displayed for patrons to scan and sign-in – your venue’s ClubPASS administrator can download your venue’s ClubPASS QR code poster from within ClubPASS.

  2. Log in to ClubPASS. From here you’ll see the sign-in screen where you can see and manage members, guests and visitors signing into your venue using ClubPASS, including assisting any patrons with entry exceptions that need to be resolved. 

You can test your ClubPASS QR code poster is at the correct entry.

  1. Use the ClubPASS app on your phone to scan the ClubPASS QR code poster. Your sign-in should now appear on the ClubPASS sign-in screen. The most recent sign-ins will always appear at the top of this screen
     a. If it doesn’t, change the entry you’re currently viewing in ClubPASS using the drop-down menu at the top of the sign-in screen. 

  2. Alternatively, the entry name for each poster is printed at the bottom of each ClubPASS QR Code poster to help you make sure the correct poster is at each entry.
