Managing Patron Sign-ins & Entry Exceptions



Once a patron has signed into your venue using ClubPASS, you will see them on the sign-in screen. The sign-in screen displays any patron who has signed into your club within the last 24 hours, with the most recent sign-ins appearing at the top of the screen.

  1. From the sign-in screen you’ll see if a patron is a visitor, member or guest of a member.

  2. ClubPASS will alert you if a patron needs assistance and you’ll see this against their sign-in. You can also see any patrons with an entry exception under the Flagged Patrons heading on the right-hand side of your screen. 

  3. If a patron has an entry exception, click the Resolve button to find out which entry exception the patron needs help with to complete their sign-in. On the subsequent Patron Details screen, the entry exception or exceptions that need to be resolved before allowing the patron to enter your club will be presented automatically. Once these have been resolved, you can now click the Allow Entry button to complete the patrons sign-in. 

If your venue has multiple entries and each uses a different ClubPASS QR Code poster, you can navigate between entries using the dropdown above the list of sign-ins.
