How Patrons Use ClubPASS



ClubPASS makes signing in to your club quick and easy for members, guests and visitors. 

  1. Patrons simply scan the ClubPASS QR code poster at your venue’s entry using their phone’s camera.

    a. If a patron is yet to download the ClubPASS app, this QR code scan will prompt them to download the ClubPASS app on their phone. Once downloaded, patrons just need to upload their photo ID details. Acceptable photo IDs include a driver’s licence, passport and proof of age card. 
  2. Patrons will see that they have successfully signed into your venue or be prompted to see club staff for assistance if they have an entry exception.

Members can also add their club membership card into ClubPASS. To do this, your club’s members: 

  1. Open the ClubPASS app.  

  2. Click the Add memberships button on the home screen 

  3. Select their club 

  4. Add their membership number and click the Add membership button

  5. They’ll see a screen advising their membership has been added and they’ll need to verify their membership with staff next time they visit.
