Search for a Patron

ClubPASS venue staff users can search for a patron that has signed into their club within the last 24 hours. Staff can search these patrons by first or last name using the search bar at the top of the sign-in page. 

Once you have found a patron, click the More Details button to view the patron’s sign-in information. 

If you need to see any other patrons beyond the last 24 hours, your venue’s ClubPASS administrator has access to all ClubPASS patrons for your venue.
