Overview

This course provides gaming staff with an understanding of why their role may expose them to increased gambling harm, and how best to identify the impact within themselves and their Peers.

Participants will learn about the impacts of gambling on individuals, families, workplaces, and communities, as well as practical strategies for creating a supportive workplace through peer support, early intervention, and referral pathways.

  • Employees who work within a gaming environment
  • Club supervisors and managers
