Building a platform for change
We’re creating a scalable social impact platform that helps clubs deliver consistent, high-quality community outcomes and clearly demonstrate the difference they make.
Clubs reach every corner of NSW. By aligning and supporting that reach, we can strengthen community trust, improve outcomes, and reinforce the industry’s leadership role in creating positive social impact.

Social Impact Pillars - Year 1 Focus

Domestic & Family Violence Prevention
Through partnerships with expert organisations like Our Watch, and community partners including Escabags, DV Safe Phone and StandbyU Foundation, ClubsNSW is supporting a coordinated, industry-wide response to domestic and family violence. These partnerships give clubs access to specialist expertise and practical tools, helping the industry play a meaningful role in prevention, response and creating safer communities.

Youth Impact – PCYC Partnership
ClubsNSW is a proud partner of PCYC, with a strong collaborative relationship between the youth charity, the club industry’s peak body and its member clubs across the state.
Through the ClubGRANTS program, registered clubs have contributed close to $2 million to PCYC over the past five years.
ClubsNSW will continue to support communication and collaboration between registered clubs and PCYC, helping to promote and deliver programs focused on youth engagement, crime prevention and leadership development. Together, we are helping young people build skills, reach their potential and achieve their long-term goals.

Veteran Support
An emerging focus area, with groundwork currently underway through stakeholder engagement and insights gathering to shape a targeted, evidence-based program from 2026.
