Company Directors Course™
Deepen your understanding of organisational governance with Australia’s most renowned course for current, first-time or aspiring directors, senior executives, business leaders and board advisors.
About this course
The AICD’s flagship program, the Company Directors Course™ builds a strong foundation in governance, equipping directors with the knowledge, skills and confidence to add value in the boardroom. Delivered by experienced facilitators and grounded in real-world case studies, the course is widely regarded as the benchmark for director education in Australia.
- Develop a director mindset and understand the difference between governing and managing
- Deepen your understanding of directors’ legal duties, including care, diligence, loyalty and good faith
