ClubsNSW has been the voice of the NSW club industry since 1920.
We represent more than 1,100 member clubs across the state, leading strong advocacy on the policies and legislation that matter most to clubs, including gambling, alcohol, taxation and workplace relations.
Beyond advocacy, we support our members through industry initiatives, strategic partnerships and events that strengthen and showcase clubs’ positive contribution to their communities.
We also provide support through training, events, communications and responsible gambling services, helping clubs operate effectively and adapt to a changing environment.

Sallianne Faulkner
ClubsNSW Chair
Chair Sallianne was elected Chair of the ClubsNSW Board in July 2024, having served as a Board member since 2018 and Deputy Chair since 2019. As President of Ramsgate RSL Memorial Club, she brings deep governance reform experience. Sallianne is a member of the AICD and Women On Boards, and serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the ClubsNSW Southern Metropolitan Region.
Ron Coskerie
ClubsNSW Deputy Chair
Ron has been a ClubsNSW Board member since 2019, bringing over 30 years of financial services experience as a regional general manager in business banking. As Deputy President of St Marys Rugby League Club since 2007, he combines strong commercial acumen with club leadership. Ron holds a Masters in Accounting and Finance and is an AICD graduate.
Anna Ryan
ClubsNSW Board Member
Anna was appointed to the ClubsNSW Board in July 2025. A Special Counsel at a leading Australian law firm, she brings extensive legal and governance expertise, complemented by her experience as a director of Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club since 2019. Anna is a Fellow of the AICD and holds the Harvard Business School Company Director Certificate.
Rob Smith
ClubsNSW Deputy Chair
Rob has been a ClubsNSW Board member since 2021, bringing over 40 years of club industry experience as CEO of Twin Towns Services Clubs and Resorts. He offers deep expertise in gaming, strategic partnerships and major club developments, and has represented ClubsNSW on the Gaming Advisory Committee and Tourism Industry Council.
Grant Easterby
ClubsNSW Board Member
Grant brings 38 years of club industry experience to the Board, including 26 years as CEO of Dee Why RSL. He has a strong track record in diversifying club revenue through community-based developments, and is passionate about supporting veterans, having established a strategic alliance with RSL Lifecare Veterans Services at Dee Why RSL.
William Drury
ClubsNSW Board Member
William was elected to the ClubsNSW Board in October 2024, bringing strong regional club leadership as President of Milton Ulladulla Ex Servos Club since 2015. He has served as Chair of the ClubsNSW Southern Tablelands & Far South Coast region and State Councillor, and is a vocal advocate for regional NSW clubs.

Rebecca Riant
Chief Executive Officer
Rebecca Riant has 30 years’ experience in large financial institutions — notably, 15 years at various US and European investment banks, then 10 years at Westpac and five years at the Commonwealth Bank, where she was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for the Institutional Banking and Markets division.
More recently, Rebecca was Tabcorp’s Chief Operating Officer of Wagering and Media. In September 2022, she joined The Star Sydney (contract role) initially as their Chief Controls and Enablement Officer (NSW) before extending the contract and taking on the role of Chief Controls Officer for The Star Entertainment Group in January 2023, reporting to the CEO.
Rebecca commenced as CEO of ClubsNSW in July 2023. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, strategy development and execution, crisis management, regulatory remediation, large scale change implementation, commercial negotiations and navigating through complex regulatory environments.
