Apply for a self-exclusion privately, from your own home, at any time.

ClubSafe's Multi-Venue Self-Exclusion System (MVSE)

Prefer to apply in person? The MVSE lets you exclude yourself from multiple clubs and hotels in one simple application, completed with any ClubSafe member club or a responsible gambling counsellor.

Not all member clubs are ClubSafe members — it’s best to call ahead.

Third-Party Exclusion

If you’re concerned about a family member or friend who may be experiencing gambling harm, you can apply to ClubSafe counsellors to have that person excluded from a venue.

Throughout any of these processes, you’ll also be given information on other support services.
