Overview
The Governance Refresher is designed to revisit key governance principles and help directors strengthen their understanding of board performance, governance frameworks, board dynamics, and best-practice responses to contemporary governance challenges. It provides an opportunity for experienced directors to refresh their knowledge and remain current with evolving governance expectations.
This course is for
- Club directors who completed Mandatory Director Training (MDT) more than two years ago.
- Directors seeking to update their governance knowledge and reinforce best-practice board leadership.
Requirement
While not mandatory, this course is recommended for induction and ongoing governance education to support effective oversight and informed decision-making.
