Member clubs are advised that ClubsNSW is developing a new ClubsNSW Leadership Summit to be held in April 2027.
The ClubsNSW Leadership Summit, supported by Major Sponsor AustralianSuper and Supporting Partner Tanda, will bring together club leaders from across NSW, including chief executive officers, general managers, senior department leaders and emerging leaders, for a dedicated day of professional development, industry insights and networking.
This one-day event has been developed to support leadership capability across the club industry and provide practical insights into the operational challenges and opportunities shaping club performance, and will feature keynote presentations, industry panels, breakout sessions and networking opportunities. Potential content areas include gaming, workplace relations and human resources, food and beverage, marketing and customer experience.
As part of the planning process, ClubsNSW is seeking input from members on topics, challenges and opportunities they would like explored through the program to ensure the content is relevant, practical and aligned to the needs of clubs and their leaders.
Members are encouraged to share their views on the conference topics and format by completing the quick survey here. This feedback will help inform the development of the event program.
