Keno is calling on clubs across NSW to share the stories that capture the spirit of their venue and community as part of its Tell Us Your Tales competition.
Every club has a story to tell. It might be a much-loved local character, a tradition that’s been going for decades, a memorable moment that still gets talked about or simply something that perfectly captures the spirit of the venue and its community.
Now Keno wants to hear it.
Through its Tell Us Your Tales competition, Keno is inviting clubs across NSW to share an authentic, original story that showcases what makes their club special.
Importantly, the story doesn’t have to be about Keno. It’s about celebrating the people, personalities and moments that make local clubs great places to come together.
Four winning venues will each receive a $10,000 Local’s Food Tab to share with their community, while four runners-up will each receive a $500 EFTPOS Gift Card.
The winning stories will also get their moment in the spotlight. Keno will work with each winning venue to bring its tale to life as part of a dedicated content series, with filming scheduled for late November and early December.
The finished content will be shared across Keno and participating venue social channels from late January 2027, supported by paid media to help the stories reach even more people.
The Local’s Food Tabs will then be rolled out at winning venues between February and April, giving clubs another opportunity to celebrate with the communities that helped inspire their stories in the first place.
Tell Us Your Tales is open until 15 November 2026, so there’s still time to get involved.
