Overview
The AML/CTF Board and Senior Manager Oversight course provides directors and senior leaders with an understanding of their governance responsibilities under the Australia’s AML/CTF framework. This relates directly to the post-reform governance framework for the 2026 reforms.
Participants explore the role of effective oversight, the importance of challenging and supporting compliance functions, and how leadership can ensure appropriate resources, controls and actions are in place to effectively manage your club’s ML/TF risk.

Requirements
