Overview
AML/CTF Compliance Officer Training equips designated compliance officers with the knowledge and practical skills to understand their obligations and deliver effective anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) compliance in registered clubs. The course is delivered by ClubSafe, ClubsNSW’s leading compliance program.
This course is for
Designated AML/CTF Compliance Officers in registered clubs who are responsible for managing and delivering their club’s AML/CTF compliance obligations.
Requirement
This course prepares AML/CTF Compliance Officers to understand and fulfil their obligations under AML/CTF legislation as it applies to registered clubs.
Delivery method
This course is delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams as a trainer-led session. To participate, each student must:
- Log in separately with their own individual account
- Use a laptop, desktop or tablet with a working webcam and microphone
- Keep their webcam switched on throughout the training, excluding scheduled breaks
