The Registered Clubs Association of New South Wales t/as ClubsNSW (ABN 61 724 302 100 (ClubsNSW, we, us, our) will collect, store and use the personal information you have provided to us pursuant to the terms of this Personal Information Collection Notice and our Privacy Policy.

Circumstances of collection and use of your personal information
The primary purpose for which we are collecting your personal information is to:
- sell tickets to the 2026 ClubsNSW Conference & AGM (Event) to you via the 2026 ClubsNSW Conference & AGM website: www.clubsnswconference.com; and to provide you with information (including via email) about the Event, including any updates or changes.
We may also use your personal information for related secondary purposes including:
to provide you with promotional material relating to our other events, unless you opt out of receiving such communications. You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails and terms and conditions;
- to provide some of your personal information, limited to your name, position and your organisation’s name, to our selected corporate partners to assist in connecting key corporate partners with relevant audiences within the club industry;
to provide you with tailored promotional material relevant to you relating to our select corporate partners products and services, unless you opt out of receiving such communications. You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails and terms and conditions; - to conduct feedback surveys to improve ClubsNSW’s events and services;
- to administer competitions or trade promotions, including winner notification, prize fulfilment, publishing the winner’s first name and first initial of their surname on the ClubsNSW website listed in the relevant Competition Terms and Conditions and sharing the winner’s contact details with prize suppliers to arrange delivery (as applicable)
- as required or permitted by any law (including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act); and
- for any other purpose stated in our Privacy Policy.
Any personal information we collect is stored in Australia.
What personal information we collect
ClubsNSW will collect the following personal information from you:
- given name;
- surname name;
- email address;
- your position;
- your dietary requirements;
- your accessibility requirements;
- your organisation’s name; and
- your organisation’s address.
ClubsNSW may collect the following personal information from you:
- phone number; and
- title to help us tailor communications and event invitations and plan future events. Providing this information is optional.
Consequences if personal information is not collected
Providing us with the requested personal information is not required by law. However, if you do not provide us with the personal information we ask for, or the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, you will not be able to purchase tickets to or attend the Event.
Disclosures of your personal information to third parties
We may disclose your personal information to the following organisations for the purposes described above (as well as otherwise permitted or required under Australian law):
- our related entities;
- our employees, contractors and external service providers (and those of our related
entities); - our selected corporate partner(s), where applicable;
- as required or permitted by any law (including the Privacy Act); and
- any other organisation as covered in our Privacy Policy.
Disclosures of your personal information to overseas recipients
It is unlikely that we will disclose your personal information to any recipients that are based overseas, however to the extent that we do (for example third party cloud storage providers and other service providers), we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient of your personal information complies with the Australian Privacy Principles made under the Privacy Act.
