COVID-19 Shutdown Impact Survey

This is a devastating time for the club industry, millions of club members and the 63,000 people who rely on clubs to make a living.

ClubsNSW’s focus for the foreseeable future is to ensure that, when the shutdown is lifted, the industry can resume trading, remain viable, and continue to make our communities a better place to live and work.

ClubsNSW is actively engaging with the NSW and federal governments to communicate the impact of what the shutdown means for the industry and will continue to advocate for measures to support clubs get through this difficult period.

To assist with this advocacy, ClubsNSW needs your help. 

ClubsNSW is seeking feedback from Member Clubs, by way of this survey, to understand the impact of the shutdown on your venue.

The survey asks a number of important questions relating to financial, employment and community support impacts. You may require financial records on-hand to complete the survey promptly.

The information you provide in this survey will greatly assist ClubsNSW obtain support and reform for the industry. The information collected in this survey will be shared with government stakeholders to facilitate this.

ClubsNSW will contact you directly to follow up, and we appreciate your contribution to this survey in what are very challenging circumstances.

This survey is available for completion from 30th March - 3rd April, 2020. Club groups should complete a single survey for the entire club group, and use only numbers in the financial sections (please don't add commas or full stops).
