Workplace policies are crucial for any club to educate their staff on acceptable standards and behaviours. Effective policies and procedures can reduce the likelihood of employer liability in the event of an employee bringing a legal claim, as well as fostering a more harmonious and productive work environment. The latest version of the ClubsNSW Policies and Procedures Manual includes whistleblower and updated anti-discrimination, bullying and harassment policies.


Purchase & Access

The Policies and Procedures Manual can be purchased via the button below (you will be prompted to log in using your ClubsNSW website credentials). Under 'Products', click the blue 'Buy' button, which will lead to a payment details page. There is a once-off fee of $110 per individual, which is charged on purchase (payment is required at the time of purchase). Once payment has been successfully processed, the manual will then display as available in the Product section of Manage My Membership, and will be available as long as your profile remains active.
