Member clubs are advised that ClubsNSW has partnered with The CEO Institute, creating a new leadership development pathway designed specifically for club CEOs and emerging leaders across the industry.
Member clubs are advised that ClubsNSW has partnered with The CEO Institute, creating a new leadership development pathway designed specifically for club CEOs and emerging leaders across the industry.
Under the partnership, both organisations will co-design programs that reflect the unique operating environment of NSW clubs and the diverse needs of club leaders. Unlike our partnership with the AICD which is primarily directed at director education this partnership is designed to help CEOs manage the unique challenges of leading a club.
The CEO Institute has been supporting business leaders for more than 30 years and shares ClubsNSW’s commitment to developing capable, confident and connected leaders and will complement existing ClubsNSW governance and director education programs by providing practical leadership development, peer learning and trusted networks for CEOs.
The partnership will commence with a pilot intake of The Leadership Program for up to 15 CEOs and senior executives from member clubs. Delivered online via Zoom over 12 months, the program requires a commitment of two hours per month and focuses on building leadership confidence, strengthening strategic decision-making, expanding peer networks and enhancing organisational resilience. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive the globally recognised Certified CEO Institute Manager accreditation.
ClubsNSW members will receive an exclusive 54 per cent discount, which means that the course fees are $2380 plus GST per participant (post discount). Members can also access The Executive Program and The CEO Syndicate at an exclusive 27 per cent discount, providing further opportunities to grow leadership capability, broaden professional networks and gain strategic insights to support long-term organisational success.
Together, ClubsNSW and The CEO Institute will help ensure club leaders have access to the support, development and peer networks they need to succeed.
