Through the ClubsNSW partnership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), club directors, CEOs and senior managers are strengthening their governance capability by participating in two of Australia’s leading governance programs — the Company Directors Course™ and the Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profits™ course.
These programs are designed to help participants better understand their responsibilities, improve board performance and make more effective strategic decisions.
As clubs navigate increasing regulatory obligations, financial pressures, cyber risks and changing member expectations, strong governance has never been more important.
