Your Club Already Has Opportunities
Every club has room to cut costs, lift service, and grow revenue without major spend — the hard part is knowing where to look. EmpathIQ connects staff and member experience data to show you exactly that, and turns it into practical next steps.
It surfaces
- Cost and turnover risks
- Service gaps hurting satisfaction and loyalty
- Quick wins with strong returns
- Clear priorities: now, next, later
Across
- Engagement & retention
- Leadership & communication
- Service quality
- Member satisfaction
- Operational efficiency

Treating the Cause, Not Just the Symptom
Employee experience directly influences the quality and consistency of service delivered to members.
When employees feel supported, informed, recognised and engaged, they are more likely to provide positive and consistent service. This can contribute to stronger member satisfaction, loyalty, repeat visitation and advocacy.
The relationship also works in reverse. Employee dissatisfaction, communication breakdowns, poor leadership support, inadequate training or unclear processes can contribute to inconsistent service and declining member satisfaction.
So a decline in member satisfaction within a bar, bistro, reception, gaming or entertainment area is often not caused by the venue or the product itself. The underlying issue is frequently connected to:
- Employee training
- Internal communication
- Recognition and support
- Management visibility
- Operational processes
- Employee confidence and wellbeing
EmpathIQ identifies where these connections are occurring, so the club can direct its resources towards the action most likely to improve service, reduce costs or strengthen revenue.
Cross-Analysis: Employee-Member Correlation

More Than a Survey
EmpathIQ is not a simple employee or member survey tool.
It is a library of club-specific intelligence that helps clubs understand:
- What their problems may be
- What is contributing to those problems
- How similar issues can affect employee and member behaviour
- Which solutions can be implemented to correct them
- Where cost-saving and revenue opportunities may exist
Findings are interpreted against club, hospitality and service industry experience, and read in the context of your own club, including its size, revenue mix, facilities and staffing profile, alongside benchmarking against comparable clubs.
This allows a club to move beyond collecting feedback and begin using it to make informed operational and strategic decisions.
A Practical Roadmap for Action
EmpathIQ brings together employee and member results, identifies the most important findings and translates those findings into a clear roadmap:
- Immediate easy wins
- Low-cost operational improvements
- Medium-term priorities
- Longer-term strategic opportunities

Low Effort for the Club
EmpathIQ is designed to require minimal effort from the club.
The club distributes the employee and member surveys with guidance and support. EmpathIQ then completes the analysis, identifies the most important findings and prepares the roadmap.
Club leaders do not need to design research, analyse the raw responses, or work out what the results mean.
Discover What Your Club Could Improve
EmpathIQ can help your club identify opportunities across:
- Employee engagement, wellbeing and retention
- Leadership, communication and recognition
- Service quality and operational consistency
- Member satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy
- Visitation, participation and spending
- Cost reduction and operational efficiency
- Revenue, profitability and long-term sustainability
Independent and Confidential
EmpathIQ is independently administered, not by club management.
Employees and members respond to an independent third party. This means they can be candid about service, leadership, communication and their experience of the club, in a way that internal feedback processes rarely achieve.
Responses are confidential. Results are reported as aggregated findings, themes and scores, not as individual responses. Club leaders receive the analysis and the recommendations; they do not receive a record of who said what.
Independence also matters once the results land. Findings prepared by an external party carry more weight with management teams and boards deciding how to act on them.
