Overview
ClubsNSW’s Responsible Gambling Staff Awareness course builds on the foundational knowledge gained in the Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) course, specifically as it relates to the unique operating environments of clubs.
It prepares staff to effectively deliver harm minimisation practices and strengthens confidence in performing their role to minimise gambling harm.
This course is for
- Staff with their RCG who are looking for practical ways to apply the course in a club setting.
- Staff without their RCG, or who will not work directly in gaming, but would still like a better understanding of how to identify and respond to gambling harm.
Timeframes and exemptions
- Clubs without gaming machines.
