The Risk and Compliance Oversight course provides directors and senior leaders with an understanding of their responsibilities in establishing and maintaining effective governance and risk frameworks within club operations.
Participants will explore the role of Boards in setting expectations, overseeing risk management activities, and ensuring appropriate systems and controls are in place to support compliance obligations.
The course also examines the importance of organisational culture, accountability, and effective oversight in reducing operational and regulatory risk.
