Keno App Brings the Game to Life

NSW club Keno customers are about to get an immersive, digital playing experience like they’ve never had before.

Keno’s latest app upgrade is designed to both enhance customers’ enjoyment of the game and improve their in-venue play experience.

The upgrade essentially digitises the player’s retail ticket to deliver several exciting features that will build anticipation and create a more rewarding and sensory playing experience. They still need to purchase a ticket at your club, just as before.

With the new app, players can watch games live, get real-time win notifications, and have a digital ticket history of their retail tickets. This means they’ll never miss a win!

The app will also automatically enter players into Keno’s ongoing promotion, Second Chance Draw, and any other promotions running, removing the need for scanning tickets and entering online.

Players also have the option to collect their winnings in their Keno account and then transfer them to their bank account.

Sign up is not required to experience interactive play (although it is for other features) and existing app users can simply update the app to unlock the new features.

Clubs have been sent physical point of sale materials and a range of assets will be available for download from Keno Connect.
