From Menai to Mudgee, clubs across NSW are increasingly installing electric vehicle (EV) chargers to accommodate the growing number of EV drivers that frequent their venues. EVs now make up around 6.8 per cent of the overall new car market in Australia and the NSW Government has set a target to have 30,000 charging stations available by 2026 — presenting the perfect opportunity for clubs to diversify their offerings even further and give motorists a convenient, central location to recharge their vehicles whilst enjoying a club meal or a coffee while they wait.
