Dedes Waterfront Group, which already operates a number of popular club venues, has brought its latest restaurant concept to Western Sydney.

Wenty Leagues is set to welcome a new dining experience with Alati, a contemporary Greek restaurant created in partnership with Dedes Waterfront Group, opening its doors today.

Bringing together seasonal produce, generous plates and bold Greek flavours, Alati has been designed around one of the great traditions of Greek dining, sharing good food with good company.

The opening marks an exciting new chapter in the dining offer at Wenty Leagues and reflects the Club’s continued investment in creating quality experiences for its members and the wider Western Sydney community.

Dedes Waterfront Group already operates in a number of other registered clubs, including Alpha at the Hellenic Club, Regatta Club at Haberfield Rowers, Watergrill at the Sydney Rowing Club and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia.

Wenty Leagues CEO Stuart Jamieson said Alati represents an important step in the continued evolution of the Club’s food and beverage offering.

“Our members and community are looking for great experiences close to home, and we want Wenty Leagues to continue evolving to meet those expectations. We’ve partnered with an established hospitality group to create a restaurant that delivers exceptional food and a beautiful experience, while still feeling warm, relaxed and welcoming,” he said.

“It’s the kind of place where you can bring the family for dinner, settle in for a long lunch with friends or celebrate an occasion, and we’re incredibly excited for our members and the wider community to experience it.”

For Dedes Waterfront Group, Alati brings the group’s extensive hospitality experience and Greek heritage to a new Western Sydney location. Dedes Waterfront Group Director, Con Dedes, said Alati was inspired by the generosity and togetherness at the heart of Greek dining.

“Greek food has always been about more than what’s on the plate, it’s about bringing people together, sharing generously and taking the time to enjoy a meal with family and friends,” he said.

“That’s what we wanted to capture with Alati. The menu is designed to be shared, from familiar Greek favourites through to our feasts for the whole table, with great produce and bold flavours at the centre of everything we do.

“We’re excited to partner with Wenty Leagues to bring Alati to Western Sydney and create a restaurant that feels warm and welcoming. Somewhere people can gather around the table and enjoy Greek hospitality the way it’s meant to be enjoyed.”

The pre-existing restaurant space itself has undergone a significant transformation, creating a contemporary new space complemented by a dedicated bar and drinks offering.

Alati opens today at Wenty Leagues. Bookings are now open here.
