To support clubs in meeting these obligations, registration is now open for Virtual Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) and Virtual AML/CTF Compliance Officer training.

To support clubs in meeting these obligations, registration is now open for Virtual Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) and Virtual AML/CTF Compliance Officer training.
These sessions are designed to equip staff with the practical knowledge and skills required to confidently meet compliance expectations in registered clubs.
Virtual ARCG Training
This is a mandatory course for all staff wishing to fulfil the duties of a Responsible Gambling Officer (RGO).
This course provides practical tools and resources to:
- Identify indicators of gambling harm
- Confidently engage with and support at-risk patrons
- Meet regulatory and venue obligations through proactive intervention

Virtual AML/CTF Compliance Officer Training
This course is designed for AML/CTF Compliance Officers and staff responsible for overseeing financial crime compliance in registered clubs.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of:
- AML/CTF obligations in Australia
- Key legislative and regulatory requirements
- Practical steps to maintain compliance within club operations

Cost:
- $100 – $200 per person depending on ClubSafe membership level.

Virtual classrooms are limited to 30 participants.
Virtual Training Requirements
- Each student must log in separately and be able to access a Microsoft Teams meeting
- Your device (laptop, desktop or tablet) must have a working webcam and microphone to actively participate – webcams must remain switched on throughout training, excluding breaks
- For the Virtual ARCG, students must also be able to complete the digital workbook while remaining connected to the course
