COVID-19 – JobKeeper Update & Accessing Loans
ClubsNSW delivers an update on the JobKeeper payment scheme, eligibility and leave amendments, as well as information on accessing loans in circular 20-058.

Member clubs are advised that all physical ClubsNSW events for the remainder of the calendar year have been cancelled. This decision has been made reluctantly due to government restrictions on gatherings, and in consideration of the health of our members and the economic climate.
Cancelled events for 2020 are: Chef’s Table Masterclass, Cook Off and Awards Night; Digital Symposium; Club Directors Institute seminars; Mandatory Director Training; ClubSAFE training; Clubs Australia Industrial WR & HR Conference; ClubsNSW Conference and the Clubs & Community Awards Dinner.
While the Clubs & Community Awards Dinner will not take place, the Awards themselves will proceed. Clubs are encouraged to continue to submit their stories via the online portal here. The submission deadline has been extended until further notice.
We are currently exploring the possibility of holding the ClubsNSW AGM (as well as regional AGMs) virtually and will provide further advice on this in due course.
We anticipate the return of major events in 2021, including the ClubsNSW Conference.
